Before cutting or milling that first piece of wood, I’ll initially get to the core of your exact wants and needs. Once I attain that understanding, I’ll supply ideas and suggestions. Collaborating together, we agree on the final design.
Bring Guidelines or Specifics
Some customers offer minimal guidelines and ask that I take it from there. Others have more specific thoughts on their vision of the final product. Either way, my consistent focus is ensuring you’re happy with the final outcome.
From Design to Quote
To generate your custom piece from idea to drawing, a design fee will be required in advance. I invest significant time to ensure your satisfaction and will typically conduct one or more meetings with you, research different materials, then design and create drawings for one or more options. Once we have agreed on the specifics, a comprehensive, realistic quote less your design fee will be provided.
